The most significant invention of the 20th century that changed the whole world is the computer. It has modernized our way of life. It has simplified many things in our daily life.
Almost the 2nd half of the 20th century, the year 1936, perhaps the most significant date in the history of computers. Konrad Zuse dubbed the Z1 computer. This system was the first because it was the first programmable system.
In 1942, John Atanasoff and Clifford Berry established the first computer company named ABC Computer. Later the Harvard Mark I computer was developed and then the era of the science of computing began.
Beginning of the 20th century, in 1953, IBM (International Business Machines) a remarkable computer company was established. This is the most significant company of the 20th century. This company has played a major role in the servers for public, private use, and the development of new systems. Then began the competition in the computing industry that helped to develop a better system.
The first highly successful programming language was created after one year. In 1955, the computer was used in the banks of America. The integrated circuit is known as the chip was created in 1958, which was the most important breakthrough.
The first computer game dubbed Spacewar was created by Steve Russell and MIT in 1962. In 1964, Douglas Engelbart created a mouse one of the most important components of computers.
ARPA net was the first original net, invented in 1969 which would result in the business across the whole world.
Then, Intel designed RAM Chip and Microprocessor which brought innovation in computer science.
In 1973, the networking card was created to transfer data between connected computers without the internet.

In the third half of the 20th century, in 1970, the (AMPS) Advance Mobile Phone System was up and began to work on a small.
Meanwhile, Motorola company's engineer Martin Cooper created the first mobile phone that could connect over Bell's AMPS.

The airplane is also the most significant invention in the 20th century that changed the whole world.
The first flight of airplanes took place in the early 20th century, in 1903 by Wright Brothers. They started to work on the concept of modern airplanes George Cayley dating from 1799.
In World War I, there was limited use of airplanes. But later on, air technology continued to develop in the 20th century.
The military started to use airplanes in operations in the 1st and 2nd half of the 20th century. In World War Two, it became the primary tool that gave the concept of jet fighters.
Germany has produced and tested the very first jet fighter of the 20th century in 1937. It didn't perform according to Germany's expectations and took five years more to produce a decent fighter jet. It resulted in the loss of Germany in World War Two.
The first transcontinental flight of 2was completed across the US in 1911. From May 2 to May 3, 1923, The first nonstop transcontinental flight was completed.
All the basic technology had been developed after WWII. Airlines became faster larger and more pressurized cabins due to all the new technologies developed by this time.
Great Britain & France introduce commercial airlines in 1976. More than 100 passengers were carried by this plane.
Russian & American companies collaborated with NASA to develop a 2nd generation supersonic aircraft from 1996-1998.
Now flights are affordable and comfortable.
Airplanes are available in every country.
